1 teaspoon vanilla
To prepare the custard layer:
5 cups liquid milk
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons milk powder
5 tablespoons custard powder
To prepare the jelly layer:
2 jelly envelopes
1 ½ cup hot water
1 ½ cup cold water

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs, sugar and vanilla in the bowl and get out the ingredients until well combined .
  2. Add oil and milk and whisk the ingredients a little.
  3. Ne starch, baking powder and flour, add it to the components and out until well combined .
  4. Put the cake in the Pyrex dish and put it in the oven at 180 for about 30-35 minutes and then take it out and let it cool .
  5. We begin to prepare the custard, put in a saucepan both milk, custard, milk powder and sugar and stir over high heat until the mixture boils and becomes thick .
  6. Pour the hot custard over the cake and place it in the freezer until it holds.
  7. In the meantime we prepare the jelly, put in a bowl both hot and cold water and jelly powder and stir well .
  8. Pour the jelly mixture over the custard and cake and put the dish in the fridge for several hours or a whole night after which it is ready to serve .
