
Cake without milk, eggs, suitable for people who don't like eggs in their diet or suffer from allergic reactions when eaten, so I offer you this method easy steps and simple ingredients like flour, sugar, oil, water mix together and put in the oven bringing the cake fragile and tasty ready to clean it with drinks and juices are my favorite .

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½Cup oil
- 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method of preparation
- We heat the oven to 180 C and then grease the Kato mold with butter or fat and sprinkle with flour .
- Mix in a bowl both flour, sugar and baking powder and stir until well mixed .
- In another bowl mix both water, vinegar, oil and vanilla and stir until the ingredients are well combined .
- Place the liquid ingredients mixture on top of the flour mixture and beat with an electric whisk until all the ingredients are completely combined .
- Put the cake mixture in the mold and put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes so that the crisp cake without eggs and milk is ready to serve .
