Ingredients
- To prepare the biscuit layer:
- 3 pack of plain biscuits
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- To prepare the creamy layer:
- ½Cup Chantilly cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- Pinch of vanilla
- ½Cup powdered sugar
- ½Cup cold liquid milk
- To prepare jelly:
- 2 jelly freeze envelope
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
Method of preparation
- We start by preparing the biscuit layer and put it in the grinder until it becomes a soft crumb and then add the butter and turn on the grinder until the biscuit absorbs the butter completely .
- Spread the biscuit layer in the cheesecake mold and place in the refrigerator while preparing the creamy layer .
- Put in a bowl both milk, cream and sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the cream becomes thick then add the cream cheese and vanilla and beat well .
- Place the creamy layer on top of the cookies and refrigerate for about four hours or in the freezer for less until the cheesecake holds .
- Put powdered Jell-O in hot water and stir until dissolved Jell-O completely and then add the sugar and stir well until the ingredients are mixed .
- Then add cold water, stir and let cool aside .
- Pour the jelly over the cream layer after it has held up well and then place the cheesecake in the fridge or freezer until the jelly layer is completely solid .
- Decorate with cream and Frieze so that the cheesecake is ready to serve .
