  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Pinch of vanilla
  • ½Cup powdered sugar
  • ½Cup cold liquid milk
  • To prepare jelly:
  • 2 jelly freeze envelope
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water

Method of preparation

  1. We start by preparing the biscuit layer and put it in the grinder until it becomes a soft crumb and then add the butter and turn on the grinder until the biscuit absorbs the butter completely .
  2. Spread the biscuit layer in the cheesecake mold and place in the refrigerator while preparing the creamy layer .
  3. Put in a bowl both milk, cream and sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the cream becomes thick then add the cream cheese and vanilla and beat well .
  4. Place the creamy layer on top of the cookies and refrigerate for about four hours or in the freezer for less until the cheesecake holds .
  5. Put powdered Jell-O in hot water and stir until dissolved Jell-O completely and then add the sugar and stir well until the ingredients are mixed .
  6. Then add cold water, stir and let cool aside .
  7. Pour the jelly over the cream layer after it has held up well and then place the cheesecake in the fridge or freezer until the jelly layer is completely solid .
  8. Decorate with cream and Frieze so that the cheesecake is ready to serve .
