Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½Cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- ½Cup liquid milk
- 3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- To prepare caramel:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- For decorating:
- Chocolate Chante cream or chocolate sauce
Method of preparation
- Put the eggs in a bowl with sugar and vanilla and beat the ingredients until the mixture rises and becomes white .
- Add milk and continue whisking until well mixed .
- Add the oil and beat the liquid ingredients well .
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder, add to the liquid ingredients and whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- Heat the oven at 180 degrees, grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with flour and then pour the cake mixture into it .
- Put the cake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the cake is cooked .
- During this we put the sugar in a non-stick pan over low heat and stir occasionally until it is caramelized and completely dissolved .
- Then add the milk and stir well until mixed together well .
- We take the cake out of the oven and let it cool slightly and then make several holes in it and pour the caramel sauce and leave it until the cake drinks completely .
- Decorate the cake with cream or chocolate syrup and put it in the fridge overnight until firm and then cut and ready for delivery .
