Ingredients
- - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- - 1 tablespoon corn kernels for popcorn
- - ½Cup caramel sauce
- - 100g dark chocolate
- - 2 ripe bananas
- - 2 ladles of vanilla ice cream
- - 1 and a half cups of milk
- - Whipped cream, to serve
- - Salty cookies for decoration
- - 20 g dark chocolate, grated
Method of preparation
- Heat the oil in a medium pan over high heat, put the popcorn, cook them to cover, shake the pan for 3-4 minutes or until the popcorn stops sounding, remove them from the fire. Sprinkle with salt and add 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce, stir to cover, and set aside to cool.
- Pour the melted chocolate into 4 300 ml cups, also grease around the edges of the cup.
- Beat banana, ice cream, milk and 2 tbsp caramel sauce until smooth and foamy.
- Pour it into the prepared cups, apply whipped cream to the face. Arrange the salty biscuits around the surface of the cup, sprinkle with caramel popcorn and grated chocolate, serve straight.
