Ingredients
- 1 kg sifted white flour
- 2 eggs
- ½Cup plumper
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon Peking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Liquid milk for kneading
- Raw cocoa powder
- To prepare the filling:
- Chocolate bar
- Butter
Method of preparation
- Put the flour in a bowl, add the powdered milk, salt, baking powder and stir .
- Put in another bowl both sugar, oil and fat and whisk the ingredients with an electric whisk .
- Then add the eggs and vanilla and continue whisking until we have a creamy mixture .
- We put the flour on top of the sugar and egg mixture and start kneading, gradually adding liquid milk until we have a chateau dough .
- Divide the dough into two parts, put cocoa powder on the first half and knead well .
- Cover the dough and let it rise before its formation .
- Spread the dough, cut it with a biscuit cutter and arrange in the oven tray .
- Protect the oven at 150 and put the Chinese on low heat about 10 minutes .
