How to make chocolate coconut cake

Chocolate cake is very tasty cake in our recipe needs a little effort and concentration but the result is more than wonderful, especially since milk, cocoa and chocolate are its main ingredients and are useful foods for children's physical and mental health as it can be served to them in the morning as an alternative to breakfast .

  • 2 eggs
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Cup oil
  • ½Cup flour
  • ½Cup coconut
  • ½Cup cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • Pinch of salt
  • To make chocolate sauce:
  • 1⁄2 liter milk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • To prepare the last layer:
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • ½Cup liquid milk

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep bowl put the eggs, sugar and vanilla, mix well for 2 minutes, then add the oil and continue mixing .
  2. Add cocoa, coconut, salt and mix.
  3. In a soft colander over the bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and mix until well combined .
  4. Pour the mixture into a suitable tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees .
  5. Take out the cake tray, pour ½ cup cold milk and leave to cool .
  6. Put in a saucepan of milk, add sugar, cocoa and starch and continue stirring on a strong fire until boiling, then add butter and vanilla, pour the mixture over the mold and keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  7. On low heat, mix the chocolate with the milk until completely dissolved, then distribute the mixture evenly on the cake mold and return to the refrigerator for 2 hours, then ready to serve .
