Method of preparation
- Put the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are well mixed and the mixture rises .
- In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa, add the dry ingredients over the eggs and sugar and whisk until well combined .
