  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup milk powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Teaspoon baking soda
  • ½Cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 bananas
  • ½Cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • For decorating:
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½Cup soft sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation

  1. Mash the bananas so that they form very small pieces .
  2. In a deep bowl put the oil, add the brown sugar and beat well .
  3. Gradually add the eggs, then add the vanilla and whisk the ingredients together .
  4. Add banana, cinnamon, coconut and chopped walnuts while continuing to whisk .
  5. Dissolve the powdered milk in a glass of water and add to the previous mixture .
  6. In a colander over the same bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix until. completely combined and get a thick creamy consistency .
  7. Pour the mixture into the cake mold and put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour or a little more .
  8. In another bowl mix the cheese with the fine sugar and vanilla and decorate with the resulting sauce. banana cake after it has cooled and sprinkle a little cinnamon, walnut pieces and coconut so that the cake is ready to serve.
