
Coconut tablets are from its name are tablets whose main ingredient is coconut and sugar served with coffee or tea loved by adults and children and adore its crunchiness, golden color and the wonderful flavor and aroma of coconut in them .

Ingredients
- 2 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
Method of preparation
- In a deep saucepan put the egg whites, add sugar, vanilla, a glass and half of coconut and butter .
- Mix the ingredients until mixed together well .
- Add vanilla and continue mixing to blend well .
- We raise the saucepan over low heat and continue stirring until we get a thick creamy consistency .
- Add half of the remaining coconut cup, stir and remove from heat .
- We put the mixture in a special funnel and form even discs on the oven tray after putting butter paper in it .
- Put the tray in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes with the grill turned on in the last five minutes until the face of the discs is cooked and acquires a golden color .
- We take the tray out of the oven and the coconut tablets are ready to serve .
