  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Peking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe
  • 1 cup hot water
  • To make chocolate sauce:
  • ½Cup milk
  • 1 tsp Nescafe
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep bowl we put the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla and mix the ingredients until we get a creamy mixture .
  2. Add Nescafe by dissolving two tablespoons of Nescafe in a glass of hot water and then oil and cocoa and mix the ingredients well .
  3. We sift the flour after mixing it with baking powder and add it over the mixture in stages until we get the desired consistency .
  4. Grease the cake mold with oil and sprinkle with flour .
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the dish and distribute it evenly .
  6. Get the dish into the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes .
  7. In a deep saucepan put the milk, Nescafe, cocoa and chocolate and raise it over low heat until the mixture boils and the chocolate sauce is ready .
  8. We pierce the cake and quietly pour the sauce so that the mold impregnates the sauce completely.
  9. Decorate the cake with nuts to taste and ready to serve .
