  • 10 cups liquid milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups soft semolina
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • For decorating:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon starch
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Method of preparation

  1. Put the milk in a deep saucepan, add to it soft semolina and stir well .
  2. Add sugar and continue stirring until the ingredients are well mixed .
  3. Add the vanilla, stir the ingredients and then put the pot over high heat until the mixture boils and becomes thick .
  4. Turn off the fire and set aside.
  5. Grease the cake mold with a little oil, pour three quarters of the amount of mixture, level the surface and leave aside .
  6. Add the cocoa powder over the rest of the mix in the bowl and stir well until the cocoa to the rest of the ingredients and disappears completely .
  7. Pour the cocoa mixture over the white mixture into the same mold and level well .
  8. Set the mold aside until it cools completely and then put it in the refrigerator for two hours or a whole night .
  9. Put in a bowl of milk, starch and cocoa and stir until the ingredients are well mixed and then put on high heat to boil and then let cool aside .
  10. Flip the cake on a serving plate and decorate with dressing sauce so it is ready to serve .
