  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Melted chocolate for decorating

Method of preparation

  1. Put the cream powder in a bowl, add sugar, cream and cold water and beat the ingredients well with an electric whisk until completely mixed .
  2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Nescafe with a little water .
  3. Turn on the whisk, add the melted Nescafe and continue mixing until we have a creamy mixture .
  4. Put the mixture in the freezer until it cools .
  5. During this we melt the rest of the Nescafé with water, dip the biscuit Masters with the mixture and arrange it in a layer-shaped bayrex dish .
  6. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the biscuits, then a layer of biscuits, then the rest of the cream mixture and level the face with a flat spoon .
  7. Decorate with melted chocolate or Nescafe powder and then put the dish in the freezer for about an hour so that the dessert is ready to serve .
