
The way of working canafa colored fruits is easy and clear and is a recipe results guaranteed and we will use in its preparation a group of fruits such as pomegranate, strawberry and red rose.
Ingredients
- · 1 cup water
- * 3 tablespoons rose water
- · 1 cup sugar
- * 500g kanafa paste
- · 200g melted butter
- · 1 cup skim milk
- · 2 tbsp sugar
- * 1 tablespoon corn starch
- · 1 cup sliced strawberries
- * Half cup pomegranate seeds
- · Pinch of cinnamon
- · Dried rose petals for storage
Method of preparation
- * Prepare rose syrup by mixing water and a glass of sugar together. Bring to boil for 8 minutes, then remove from heat and add a tablespoon of rose water. Put aside to cool.
- · Create Konafa dough with melted butter and place in a pan.
- · Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer to a serving dish.
- · Embossed with rose syrup and set aside.
- · In a large pan, beat the milk with cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil until thick. Remove from heat and add the rest of the Rose Water.
- * Spread the Rose pudding mixture over the kunafa. Then we put strawberries, pomegranates and Rose roses on the kunafa before serving. And healthy!
