
It is a layer of eggs, sugar, coconut, walnuts and rusks baked in the oven and then placed on top of the Shira and then a layer of delicious and irresistible cream to become our Cypriot ornaments in their wonderful shape and flavor and served with tea for your guests and your family .

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar tea
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1 cup crushed rusks
- 1 Peking powder envelope
- To prepare the tow or Shira:
- 2 cups water
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 vanilla envelope
- To prepare the creamy layer:
- 5 cups liquid milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Chantilly cream powder envelope
Method of preparation
- Begin by diameter then the water and sugar in a deep saucepan over high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved .
- When the mixture boils, add the vanilla, stir, turn off the fire and let cool aside .
- Put in a bowl both eggs and sugar and beat well with an electric whisk .
- Add the oil, coconut, rusks, walnuts and baking powder and whisk until completely combined .
- Grease the bayrex dish with oil, pour in the mixture and level it well .
- Hold the oven temperature to 160 and the dish for about half an hour or until cooked .
- During this we prepare the creamy layer and put in a deep saucepan both milk, flour, starch, sugar and vanilla and stir the ingredients until melted with milk and put on the fire to boil while continuing to stir .
- After the mixture boils and becomes homogeneous, turn off the fire, add the cream powder and whisk with an electric whisk until completely mixed .
- We take out the ornaments from the oven and pour it cold diameter until it is completely impregnated and let cool aside .
- Pour the cream layer on top, flatten and sprinkle with coconut and then put in the refrigerator for three hours or a whole night until it cools and holds so ready to serve .
