Ingredients
- To prepare the cake:
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- ½Cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ½ cup flour
- ½Cup cocoa
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- 1 teaspoon sodium carbonate
- ½Cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon Nescafe (instant coffee)
- To prepare the sauce:
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons cream
Method of preparation
- Sift in a bowl both flour, cocoa, baking powder and carbonates and set aside .
- Put in a bowl both eggs and vanilla, whisk, add sugar, salt and whisk until well mixed .
- Add the oil, whisk, then add the milk and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- Add the dry ingredients over the liquid out until well combined .
- Melt the Nescafé with hot water and put it on top of the mixture and stir with the spatula until the ingredients are mixed and the cake texture is heavy .
- Paint templates rectangular or any Chinese and more and put the cake in the oven at 180 for 20-25 minutes until cooked .
- During this we put in a bowl both condensed milk, sift on top of it cocoa and stir for a few minutes over low heat .
