  • To prepare the cake:
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½Cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • ½Cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sodium carbonate
  • ½Cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon Nescafe (instant coffee)
  • To prepare the sauce:
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons cream

Method of preparation

  1. Sift in a bowl both flour, cocoa, baking powder and carbonates and set aside .
  2. Put in a bowl both eggs and vanilla, whisk, add sugar, salt and whisk until well mixed .
  3. Add the oil, whisk, then add the milk and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  4. Add the dry ingredients over the liquid out until well combined .
  5. Melt the Nescafé with hot water and put it on top of the mixture and stir with the spatula until the ingredients are mixed and the cake texture is heavy .
  6. Paint templates rectangular or any Chinese and more and put the cake in the oven at 180 for 20-25 minutes until cooked .
  7. During this we put in a bowl both condensed milk, sift on top of it cocoa and stir for a few minutes over low heat .
  8. Add the cream and stir until ingredients are completely combined and becomes its troops thick .
  9. We take out the cake, pour the sauce over it and decorate with pieces of chocolate, nuts, cream Chantilly or farmsell to taste .
