  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking soda
  • 1 Peking powder envelope
  • 1 vanilla envelope

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture rises and turns white .
  2. Add oil and milk and beat until the ingredients are well combined .
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add it over the ingredients with the baking soda and vanilla and stir the ingredients calmly and in one direction until the flour disappears and completely mixes with the rest of the ingredients .
  4. Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour the cake mixture into it, sprinkle with sesame, then put in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and leave for about 30-35 minutes until cooked .
  5. Take it out of the oven and cut it so that it is ready to serve .
