How to make a fragile tea cake

A fragile tea cake can be prepared every day with tea as it is easy to prepare and its ingredients are simple and present in every house it is eggs, sugar, flour, milk and Oil beat together and put the mixture in the oven until the cake is cooked and served with tea, juice, coffee or any hot drink you prefer .

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup milk
  • ½Cup oil
  • Sprinkle with lemon or orange to taste

Method of preparation

  1. We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 C and then grease the mold with fat and sprinkle with flour .
  2. Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl with an electric whisk until the mixture rises .
  3. Add milk and oil and continue whisking until the ingredients are mixed .
  4. Sift the flour and baking powder, add them to the cake mix and whisk until mixed with the rest of the ingredients, then put the lemon zest and stir in the mixture .
