
Grilled donuts are oven-baked and not fried and their simple ingredients are certainly available they are sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla and others and decorate with sugar, chocolate sauce or milk to taste .

Ingredients
- ½Cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 ½ cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- Two egg yolks
- ½Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- ½Cup lukewarm milk
- For decorating:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Sugar and cinnamon.
Method of preparation
- Put in a bowl both flour, salt, sugar and yeast and stir until well mixed .
- Add the egg yolks, vanilla, oil and milk and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are well mixed and then knead with our hands .
- We cover the dough with nylon and let it brew an hour and double in volume .
- Sprinkle a flat surface with flour, stretch the dough so that it is slightly thick, then cut it in the form of circular donuts and cut it from the middle with a small circle .
- Grease the oven tray with oil, put butter paper on it, then arrange the doughnut, cover with a clean cloth and let it brew for 30-40 minutes .
- We heat the oven at 190 and put the tray in it about 10 minutes until it acquires a golden color .
- Take the donuts out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then grease them with butter and immerse them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture or chocolate sauce so that the donuts are ready to serve .
