Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ½Cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 bananas
- ½Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Peking powder
- Pinch of salt
Method of preparation
- In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs well with an electric whisk .
- Add sugar and vanilla and whisk until a homogeneous creamy mixture forms .
- Add the bananas after a little mash and whisk with the ingredients until well combined .
- Add oil and milk and continue whisking until the ingredients mix with each other .
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt only over the more liquid strainer smooth gradually .
- Grease the Kato mold with oil, drain the mixture in it, enter it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for half an hour .
