How to make a healthy and fast banana cake

Banana cake is one of the types of cake easy and fast it is similar to the ingredients of any other cake with the addition of bananas to give a distinctive flavor and is served with tea for the family in the morning for breakfast or with a cup of coffee for your guests or with juice for your children .

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½Cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • ½Cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs well with an electric whisk .
  2. Add sugar and vanilla and whisk until a homogeneous creamy mixture forms .
  3. Add the bananas after a little mash and whisk with the ingredients until well combined .
  4. Add oil and milk and continue whisking until the ingredients mix with each other .
  5. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt only over the more liquid strainer smooth gradually .
  6. Grease the Kato mold with oil, drain the mixture in it, enter it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for half an hour .
  7. Leave the cake to cool and therefore ready to serve .
