  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornflower
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ½Cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons room temperature butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl all the dry ingredients i.e. sugar, flour, salt, cornflower and vanilla and stir until well mixed .
  2. Add water to the previous dry ingredients and stir until the ingredients are mixed and dry dissolved in liquid .
  3. Put the mixture on high heat and continue stirring until the mixture has a thick consistency .
  4. Put the mixture in a colander and it is hot and halve well with the help of a tablespoon to get rid of any lumps .
  5. Add the butter to the filtered mixture and stir until completely melted and then beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is creamy .
  6. Remove half the amount, put in another bowl, add cocoa to the rest of the mixture and whisk again until we have chocolate cream .
  7. Put the milk cream and chocolate cream in the refrigerator until the mixture is cool and perfectly firm and ready.
