How to make hot pasta syrup

Hot pasta syrup will be one of your favorite hot drinks in winter if you haven't tasted it yet as it is easy to prepare and its flavors are great it is composed of pistachio ground with sugar and saffron which is heated with milk and so it is ready .

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 5 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes


  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp pistachio (pistachio))
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • ½Teaspoon rose water

Method of preparation

  1. Peel pistachios, soak them with hot water until they completely remove their inner shell, then halve and leave to dry well (this step can be dispensed with and grind directly to taste) .
  2. Grind pistachios with sugar, saffron and put it aside .
  3. Boil the milk then add pistachios, sugar and saffron, stir well, let it boil, then add rose water, turn off the fire and stir well .
  4. Spread the hot pasta syrup over serving cups and ready to serve .
