- ½Cup sugar
- 6 cups liquid milk
- Vanilla
- Crushed pistachio
Method of preparation
- Put the milk in a deep saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring until boiling .
- Bring to a boil, stirring for half an hour, then add sugar and continue stirring until the mixture is thick and homogeneous .
- Add vanilla and pistachios, stir for a minute, then turn off the fire and let cool aside .
- Spread the mixture over yogurt or serving cups, cover with foil and place in the freezer overnight until cool and completely firm .
- Take it out of the freezer and put a pinch of pistachio and ready to serve .
