Ingredients
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons dried tea leaves.
- ½Teaspoon masala mix
- * To prepare the Massa mix, you do not need ingredients:
- 1 cup ginger powder
- ½Cup cloves Ram
- ½Cup whole black pepper
- ½Cup crushed cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg powder about ½ piece OK nutmeg
- ½Cup green Hal beans (whole)
Method of preparation
- Put the masala ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- For this recipe use a pinch of "½ teaspoon " of masala mixture, and keep the remaining amount for another time in a bowl.
- Put milk and 2 cups of water in a pot on the fire of old drama.
- Add sugar, tea leaves and masala mixture.
- Stir to darken (for about 8 minutes).
