Kiwi juice is a quick preparation and very useful juice as kiwi is classified from citrus and is rich in vitamin c, fiber and antioxidants and is suitable for diet because it reduces cholesterol and controls sugar rates and blood pressure, and adding milk to it as juice makes it more useful especially for children and is very tasty when served cold in summer .

Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi kernels
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 liter cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Nuts for decorating to taste

Method of preparation

  1. We wash Kiwi kernels, peel them and cut them into slices .
  2. Boil the milk on the fire well and leave to cool in the refrigerator for half an hour .
  3. Put the kiwi slices in an electric blender and add sugar, milk and vanilla .
  4. Add a little water and turn on the mixer until the ingredients are well mixed .
  5. We distribute ice cubes according to the number of cups required and pour kiwi juice over them .
  6. Decorate the cups with nuts and Kiwi pieces to taste and our juice is ready to serve .
