Method of preparation

  1. Roasted kanafeh with a little butter until golden .
  2. We put the kunafa in a tray and distribute it evenly.
  3. In a deep pan on low heat, put the milk and then add sugar and flour with continue whisking until the mixture boils .
  4. Add the mixture of the butter, vanilla, and love you well until the ingredients are mixed and the mixture becomes homogeneous .
  5. Spread the mixture over the kunafa of equal thickness and leave to cool at room temperature .
  6. Divide the kunafa layer and top with cream into equal squares .
  7. Decorate the ornaments with cream, after mixing with cold milk, and with grated pistachios to taste .
  8. Our dish is ready to serve .
