- ½Kg chopped
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 can of cream
- ½Cup cold milk

- Pistachio grated
Method of preparation
- Roasted kanafeh with a little butter until golden .
- We put the kunafa in a tray and distribute it evenly.
- In a deep pan on low heat, put the milk and then add sugar and flour with continue whisking until the mixture boils .
- Add the mixture of the butter, vanilla, and love you well until the ingredients are mixed and the mixture becomes homogeneous .
- Spread the mixture over the kunafa of equal thickness and leave to cool at room temperature .
- Divide the kunafa layer and top with cream into equal squares .
- Decorate the ornaments with cream, after mixing with cold milk, and with grated pistachios to taste .
