
Akili disc cake comes from Kuwaiti cuisine and it is a very delicious cake and its taste is different from the other types of cake that we used to prepare it contains flavors such as saffron, rose water, cardamom, tahina, sesame and other ingredients and will be loved by your guests and your family for sure .

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½Cup milk
- ½Cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground Hill
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½Teaspoon saffron
- Tahina

Method of preparation
- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat well with an electric whisk then add sugar and vanilla and whisk until the mixture rises .
- Melt the saffron with rose water and water, add to the cake mix and whisk .
- Then add milk, oil and cardamom and beat well .
- Sift the flour and baking powder, add and beat the cake mixture until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- We protect the oven well, then grease the mold with tahina, sprinkle with sesame and put the cake mixture in it .
- Place the cake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until the cake is cooked and the aqali disc is ready to serve .
