Tart manga tart is very tasty and a favorite of everyone, especially its crispy dough, custard cream and manga pieces, which can be replaced with apples, bananas or any fruit available and the tart is suitable for birthdays and all occasions .

  • 2 pieces of manga, chopped to taste
  • 3 cups flour
  • ½Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½Cup cold water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Jelly envelope
  • ½Cup boiling water
  • Pinch of salt
  • To make custard cream:
  • 1 custard envelope
  • 2 ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mango juice powder

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl flour, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well .
  2. Add butter and start kneading .
  3. In a small bowl we mix the egg with the yolks of an egg with vanilla and add them to the mixture .
  4. Add cold water, continue kneading and then put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour .
  5. Spread the dough in the tray for the tart, pierce it with a fork, wrap it in butter paper and put a few chickpeas so that it does not swell.
  6. Get Chinese into the oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour .
  7. Drain the jelly in hot water, grease the dough to remain crispy and place the tray in the fridge for a quarter of an hour .
  8. Put in a bowl the milk with sugar until boiling and add the custard after dissolving in the rest of the milk with the manga powder and continue stirring until the mixture is homogeneous .
  9. Pour the mixture over the tart dough, let it rest and then start distributing the manga to taste .
  10. The tray is placed in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour .
  11. Remove from the fridge and grease the manga pieces with the rest of the jelly to shine, remain fresh and ready to serve .
