Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon sumac
- 100 ml skimmed yogurt
- Juice ½ lemon
- Handful of mint
- 150 g peas
- 1 bunch of arugula
- ½Green onion bunch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 x 125 g lamb chops
- 120 g halloumi cheese
Method of preparation
- Prepare the sauce, stir sumac, yogurt, lemon juice and mint and set aside . Put the peas in boiling water for two minutes then drain and put it under cold water, then mix it with watercress and green onions .
- Put the oil in a large pan over high heat . Season the meat with salt and pepper, put it in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on two sides, remove from the pan, cover with foil and set aside .
- Put the pan back on the fire, add the halloumi cheese and fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides until golden . When serving, cut the meat into slices, mix it with halloumi cheese and salad, then pour the yogurt sauce and the salad bowl is ready .
