Ingredients
- 3 cup soft semolina
- ½Cup sugar
- 1 cup liquid milk
- ½Cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tsp Peking powder
Method of preparation
- In a bowl put vanilla, add a pinch of salt and then sugar .
- We add a glass of milk, oil and butter after defrosting .
- Mix ingredients until completely combined, then add the baking powder .
- Gradually add semolina and mix the ingredients well .
- Let the dough rest for ten minutes .
- Divide the dough into balls and pinch it slightly to form like a disc and immerse each disc with a layer of soft semolina .
- We arrange the discs in the oven tray after greasing them with oil and insert them into the preheated oven at 180 degrees with the grill turned on before taking out the tray until the discs acquire a golden color and crack so that the harnesses are ready to serve .
