Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup flour
- ½Cup sugar
- ½Cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Method of preparation
- In a deep bowl, place the egg, add the vanilla, sugar and oil and whisk together well .
- Add the flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder, then add the oats and stir until we get a soft dough .
- Grease the oven tray with a little oil and then divide the dough into small equal circles and pinch each circle to make it look like a disc .
- Half the discs leaving a distance between them so that they do not stick together .
- We put the tray into the oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour .
- We take out the tablets after they have acquired a characteristic golden color and leave them to cool and ready to serve .
