Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½Cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Peking powder
- ½Teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- ½Cup melted butter
- Juice and 1 orange zest
Method of preparation
- Heat the oven to 180 C and then grease the cake mold with butter and sprinkle with flour .
- Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a deep bowl with an electric whisk until the mixture rises .
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt over the egg mixture and whisk well together .
- Melt the butter, add the juice and orange zest and whisk until all the cake ingredients are mixed together .
- Put the cake mixture in the mold and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes until it becomes crisp and acquires a golden color .
- Let the cake cool, cut and serve with juice or any drink to taste .
