
Cake orange is very delicious change from the rest of the cakes, so this recipe as it does not contain milk or eggs and its a orange juice, flour and sugar, basically, a cake that your kids can eat it at school with juicy nutritious or your guests with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of orange juice, at room temperature
- 2 ½ cup white flour
- ½Cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½Cup of warm water
- 1 ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Method of preparation
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and then grease the cake mold with oil and sprinkle with flour .
- Sift flour with starch and baking powder into a bowl and set aside .
- Put in another bowl orange juice, water, sugar, vinegar, orange zest, vanilla and oil and beat until all the ingredients are well combined .
- Then add the dry ingredients over the liquid and continue whisking until the cake ingredients are completely mixed .
- Put the cake mixture in the mold, put it in the oven and leave for 35-40 minutes until cooked .
- We take out the cake and let it cool well so that it is ready to serve .
