
It is rich in vitamins and calcium because it mainly contains milk and oranges and is served cold on all occasions and as an alternative to breakfast or dinner, and in Ramadan evenings.

Ingredients
- 1 kg milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons starch
- 1 teaspoon blossom water
- To make orange sauce:
- 4 cup orange juice
- 5 tablespoons starch
Method of preparation
- In a pot on the fire we boil the milk, then add the sugar and starch, stir the ingredients and leave on the fire until it boils and we get a homogeneous creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the serving yogurt and put them in the refrigerator for at least two hours .
- In a bowl over the fire put the orange juice, add the starch and stir the ingredients well until we get a creamy orange sauce .
- We take the yogurt out of the refrigerator, distribute the orange sauce and then return it for an hour or more and it is ready to serve .
