Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 cup oil
- 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons yogurt milk
Method of preparation
- Beat the eggs with a manual or electric whisk until well mixed .
- Add the vanilla, whisk well, then put the sugar and whisk until the ingredients are well mixed and the mixture rises and becomes creamy .
- Add the yogurt and beat the ingredients until completely mixed .
- Then add the oil and whisk well, then sift the flour and baking powder, put it on top of the mixture and beat until the cake ingredients are completely mixed .
- Heat the oven at 180 degrees, grease the cake mold with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the cake mixture and put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes .
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool and ready to serve .
