Method of preparation

  4. Gradually add water and continue whisking until the mixture rises .
  5. Add the flour over the mixture and spoon in one direction until the ingredients are mixed well .
  6. Put the egg whites in the bowl and get out based electric until light, then add the lemon juice and sugar out well .
  7. Add the egg white mixture over the yolk mixture and stir with a spoon until well mixed .
  8. Put the cake mixture in the mold and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes .
  9. Take out the cake, then remove the butter paper and put it on the grid until it cools completely and is ready to serve .
