Ingredients
- To prepare shrimp:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½Pound peeled shrimp
- Salt and ground black pepper
- To prepare salad:
- 4-6 cup lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 3 red onion slices
- Half an avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- Feta cheese
- To prepare the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- Begin by shrimp where dry it thoroughly towel paper and put it in a medium bowl and meet well with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat, add the shrimp, stir for 1-2 minutes until cooked on both ends and set aside .
- Put in the serving dish all the ingredients of the salad i.e. lettuce, onions, tomatoes, eggs and shrimp, then cut the avocado into slices and add to the dish .
