Ingredients
- ½Cup of dates (seedless)
- ½Cup yogurt milk
- 2 tablespoons thick cream
- ½Cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Method of preparation
- Remove the seeds from the dates.
- Put in an electric blender all the ingredients (dates, yogurt, milk, honey), beat for a minute or until the mixture is smooth and firm.
- Pour the mixture into glass cups, serve directly and you can serve cold.
