How to make soft butter biscuits

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • Lemon juice
  • ½Cup milk powder

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep bowl put the butter and beat with an electric whisk well .
  2. Add sugar and mix with butter for 5 minutes until we get a creamy consistency .
  3. Add the egg, vanilla and lemon and mix the ingredients together .
  4. Add the flour after the palm with the baking powder and whisk until completely combined .
  5. Add milk and continue mixing until we get a firm consistency .
  6. Put the mixture in the decorating bag and form the biscuit circles to taste and arrange in the oven tray after greasing with a little oil and then enter into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes .
  7. We take out the tray and leave the biscuits until they cool and become more crispy and the butter biscuits are ready to serve .
