Ingredients
- 3 large egg kernels
- 3 tbsp + ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp liquid milk
- ½Cup flour
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Peking powder
Method of preparation
- Heat the oven at 180 degrees and grease the cake mold or put butter paper in it .
- Sift in a bowl both flour and starch twice until it gives crispness to the cake .
- Sift the cocoa powder over the flour, add the baking powder and stir until the dry ingredients are mixed .
- Separate the egg whites from the yolk and put all of them in a bowl .
- Gradually add a quarter cup of sugar over the whites and continue whisking until the mixture rises and becomes creamy .
- Put the spoons of sugar, milk and vanilla on top of the yolks and beat the ingredients with an electric whisk until completely mixed .
- Add the oil, beat the ingredients well, then put the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon or carotiola until the mixture becomes homogeneous .
- Gradually add the whites to the yolk mixture, stirring gently and in one direction until completely mixed .
- Put the mixture in the mold and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the cake rises and is cooked .
- Get out the cake from the oven and when it cools, it is ready for delivery .
