
Swiss cake is very tasty and easy to prepare and is the most delicious of ready-wrapped cake and here is the way to prepare it at home in an easy and fast way and the ingredients are eggs, oil, flour, sugar and others mix together and when the cake is cooked in the oven and cool put in it

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- Lemon zest
- ½Cup vegetable oil
- ½Cup liquid milk
Method of preparation
- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk well until the mixture rises .
- Add vanilla and lemon zest and beat the ingredients well .
- Add sugar and continue whisking until the ingredients are completely mixed and the mixture becomes creamy .
- We put milk and oil on top of the ingredients and whisk well together .
- Sift flour and baking powder, add to the liquid ingredients and whisk until completely mixed .
- Hold the oven and let the tray rectangular obesity and flour and mix cake and then put it in the oven for about a quarter of an hour according to type of the oven until cooked .
- We take the cake out of the oven, wrap it with butter paper, leave it until it cools completely at room temperature, then separate it and put in it the Frieze jam .
- Then we roll it back with butter paper and put it in the refrigerator for two or three hours until it holds well .
- We take it out, put it in a serving dish, decorate as desired with cream, jam or Frieze and serve .
