Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup flour (or more depending on the type of flour)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp anise
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½Teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil
Method of preparation
- Mix both flour, baking powder, anise and salt in a bowl and set aside .
- Fail oil and sugar together in another bowl until wearing more then add the vanilla and egg and get out even blend all the ingredients together .
- Add the flour mixture over the egg mixture and rub the ingredients until the dough forms .
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees then spread the dough in the oven tray and place it in it for about 20 minutes until the dough holds and acquires a golden color .
- Reduce the heat of the oven, then take out the tray, cut the biscuits, turn the pieces and return the tray to the oven for 5 minutes until the biscuits are browned from the other end .
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the biscuit cool aside and then ready to serve .
