  • 4 eggs
  • ½Cup white flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • To prepare the cream:
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½Cup Chantilly cream powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa

Method of preparation

  1. We heat the oven at 170 degrees, grease a rectangular tray with oil or fat and sprinkle with flour .
  2. Put the eggs in a bowl with sugar and vanilla and beat the ingredients with an electric whisk until the mixture is creamy .
  3. Add oil, continue whisking, then add salt and whisk well .
  4. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder, add it over the liquid ingredients and whisk the ingredients well together .
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the tray, flatten well and then put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until cooked .
  6. Put the milk in a bowl, add the cream and cocoa on top and beat until the ingredients are mixed and we have a cohesive chocolate cream .
  7. We take the cake out of the oven, let it rest a little, then put it on butter paper, wrap it hot and then let it cool completely .
  8. Remove the butter paper, spread the cake, put the cream filling on it, then roll it back and put it in the refrigerator for several hours until it completely solidifies .
  9. Take the Swiss cake out of the refrigerator, decorate it to taste with cream, cocoa powder or pieces of chocolate to taste and ready to serve .
