  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cup ground biscuits
  • ½Cup ground walnuts
  • Coconut

Method of preparation

  1. In a suitable bowl we put the grated carrots and sugar, put it on the fire and continue stirring until the carrot juice appears and becomes soft and the sugar disappears completely .
  2. Put the cooked carrots aside until it cools down completely .
  3. Then add the crushed biscuits and walnuts and stir until the ingredients mix with each other .
  4. Stretch nylon on a flat surface, lay a layer of coconut and then stretch the carrot mixture over it and press it until it is even .
  5. Roll the nylon until the carrot dough is cylindrical and then put it in the refrigerator for several hours or a whole night .
  6. Cut the carrot and sprinkle it with coconut mixture to taste and ready to serve .
