Ingredients
- ½Kg knafah
- ½Cup fat or melted butter
- Half a kilo of cheese ( Czech sweetened )

- 1 cup water
- Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rose water
Method of preparation
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 C and then grease the oven tray with fat and set aside .
- Put in a bowl both kunafa and fat or butter, chop and then mix until the ingredients are well combined .
- We put the kunafa in the oven tray greased with butter and pressed then add the cheese from the top and put the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes until it becomes golden from the bottom and the sides and then turn on the oven grill until the cheese melts slightly without browning .
- We take out the kunafa from the oven and turn the tray upside down in another tray to become the cheese from the bottom and kunafa from the top and pour over it warm diameter and it is hot until absorbed well and thus become kunafa ready to serve .
