
Bettifor is known to be a desirable dessert for everyone, especially children, especially if it is made from cocoa, soaked in liquid chocolate and served with tea, coffee and at all times and occasions .

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- ½Cup sugar
- ½Cup oil
- ½Cup starch
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Peking powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 3 cups flour
- For decorating:
- Liquid chocolate
Method of preparation
- In a deep bowl, put the butter after slightly wiping, then add the eggs, sugar, oil, starch, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and vinegar and stir until mixed together and get a thick homogeneous mixture .
- Gradually add the flour while continuing to stir and rub the ingredients well until we get a cohesive dough .
- Sprinkle a flat surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then cut it into circular discs using a small round mold until the amount is over .
- We arrange the tablets in the oven tray after greasing them with oil and sprinkled with flour .
- We put the tray into the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes .
- We take out the tray and dip the top face of each tablet with liquid chocolate and then arrange the bettifor tablets in a suitable dish to be ready for serving .
