  • ½Cup of butter at room temperature
  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½Cup milk
  • For decorating:
  • Powdered sugar

Method of preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the soufflé molds with butter, sprinkle with powdered cocoa and set aside .
  2. Separate the whites of the four eggs from the yolks and set them aside .
  3. Put the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, flour and cocoa and stir until melt the butter completely .

  7. Put templates soufflé in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until cooked .
  8. Remove from the oven and decorate with powdered sugar so that it is ready to serve .
