Method of action of concentrated Raspberry syrups

Mulberry-Shami concentrated syrup, a thick sauce produced by Mash and filter red berries or Shami berries .

Because of its soft texture, it can easily be turned into a sauce by simple heat or by squeezing it, then filtering it from the seeds.

Serve it with sweets or as a top layer or use as a flavoring and can be prepared refreshing juice by adding water to it .

Ingredients required :

  • - 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • - 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • - 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice

 1. The first method: prepare berry syrup on a gas stove

Put the berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pan. And you can use fresh berries if in season.

Or use frozen berries, but they should first be thawed in the microwave to separate the kernels before heating them.

Preferably put the slightest amount of sugar and lemon juice and then increase it later if brew sour or sweet.

2. Cook the mixture over medium heat :

Turn on the stove over low – medium or medium heat and start heating the mixture, after which the sugar will begin to Melt

And mix with the liquid of berries and lemon juice.

Cook the mixture for 10 minutes or until berries are in harmony with the liquid, stirring most of the time.

Cooking berries over high heat can cause their burning. And the sugar is very low, so be sure.
