Qamaruddin juice is a popular Ramadan beverage in most Arab countries and especially in the Levant, which is a dried apricot prepared in the form of thin pieces in a special way, allowing it to be stored for long periods and consumed in the holy month of Ramadan significantly and served as a refreshing juice .

  • 400 g Moon din dryer
  • 1 liter warm water
  • Sugar to taste
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice to taste
  • Two drops of blossom water

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the moon of religion into small pieces .

  3. We hit it with a hand crusher until it dissolves with water .
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice to taste .
  5. Stir and refrigerate until cool .
