Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½Teaspoon ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)
- ½Teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or honey)
Method of preparation
- Put the water in a bowl over medium heat with the cinnamon and ginger and bring to a boil i.e. for about 5 minutes .
- After boiling add the sugar, stir and leave the ingredients on the fire for 3 minutes until the cinnamon and ginger flavor are combined .
